Each year we update our records by asking parents to fill out a Children's Ministry Enrollment Form. We strongly encourage parents to fill out a form for each child, Birth - 5th Grade. Completed forms should be returned to the Children's Welcome Center.
It is extremely beneficial to you and to us when you enroll your kids in the Children's Ministry. We use the information to provide teachers with class rosters, to make attendance sheets, to be aware of allergies and other medical issues, to make Security Tags, to update InSync and to send out announcements and information. All Enrollment Forms are handled confidentially.
At the bottom of the Enrollment Form is an area for parents to check off areas where they may be interested in volunteering in the Children's Department. We are highly dependent on parents to volunteer. Before you return the Enrollment Form, please check off any areas where you may be interested in serving. A Children's Ministry Staff Member will be in touch.
